  1. Twice! In the morning and before you go to bed at night.

  2. about 2 or 3 minutes.

  3. Brush flat to the teeth for bottom of upper teeth and top of lower teeth; and at a 45 degrees angle for sides of teeth. A little secret: there's a little pocket space where your gum meets your teeth, and that pocket space needs to be cleaned because sometimes food get stuck in there. So by brushing at a 45 degrees angle, your brush will be more likely to reach the inside of that pocket.

  4. Enamel is a natural coating your teeth have to protect it from decay.

  5. No. Once it erodes, it will be gone forever and parts of your teeth that has lost their enamel will be sensitive to hot and cold. You can make sure that your enamel stay where they should be by practicing good dental hygiene.

  6. Every day!

  7. A biodegradable product can dissolve easily in the environment without destroying nature. They dissolve by being consumed by bacteria. because they dissolve naturally, everything else in the natural environment is not disturbed by them.

  8. Bamboo is a natural element, it biodegrades naturally and won't hurt the environment. plastic toothbrushes are made of fossil fuel, and will never biodegrade.they photodegrade instead (breaking down into smaller and smaller pieces). The small bits of plastic produced by photodegradation are called mermaid tears or nurdles. These toxic nurdles are then consumed by filter feeders and microorganisms who are then consumed by larger animals, and eventually by human beings. You don't want to eat nurdles, they are dangerous for you! avoid plastic toothbrushes!

Brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning, and before you go to bed at night. Brush them for 3 minutes, dividing the time equally for the left side and right side of your mouth. Brush at 45 degrees angle on the sides of your teeth, to make sure the brush reach inside the pockets of the gums, where your gums meet the teeth. Don't forget to floss! Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months.
