Bamboo is a natural element, it biodegrades naturally and won't hurt the environment. plastic toothbrushes are made of fossil fuel, and will never biodegrade.they photodegrade instead (breaking down into smaller and smaller pieces). The small bits of plastic produced by photodegradation are called mermaid tears or nurdles. These toxic nurdles are then consumed by filter feeders and microorganisms who are then consumed by larger animals, and eventually by human beings. You don't want to eat nurdles, they are dangerous for you! avoid plastic toothbrushes!

Brush your teeth twice a day, in the morning, and before you go to bed at night. Brush them for 3 minutes, dividing the time equally for the left side and right side of your mouth. Brush at 45 degrees angle on the sides of your teeth, to make sure the brush reach inside the pockets of the gums, where your gums meet the teeth. Don't forget to floss! Replace your toothbrush every 3 or 4 months.
